The Future of Sleep and Stress Management
I’ve been tracking my sleep for over two years. Typically, I was only getting about 35 minutes of deep sleep and 60 of REM per night on average. Within a few days, my deep increased to about 60 minutes per night and REM increased to about 90 minutes on average. Getting a good night of sleep makes such a difference!

Microbalance
Stuck in a moldy environment? I’ve had tremendous success with the amazing products from Microbalance in my battle against mold. Personally, I use the candles, drops, spray and laundry additive.

I use the Mold Spray with the EC3 Electrostatic Sanitizer Fogger throughout my home and car. Micro Balance EC3 Mold Solution Concentrate is a natural botanical that removes mold spores, bacteria, and musty smells from hard and soft surfaces with no harmful chemicals and can be used to decrease the overall mold load in your indoor environments.
I also put 4 ounces of their Laundry Additive to each load of wash I do to bind and pull mycotoxins from my clothing.
